Your SNR scooter is fitted with a powerful (500 Watt)
brush-less, gear-less DC motor, therefore, noise at low speeds is typical of this
technology and should not be interpreted as faulty motor components. The “noise”
is more apparent when slowing down due to regenerative braking feature of the controller
and decreases as faster speeds are achieved.

(*) SPECIFICATION PERFORMANCE IS DETERMINED IN THE
LABORATORY SETTING BASED ON IDEAL CONDITIONS (MINIMAL FRICTION, NO WIND AND CONTROLLED
TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE WITH AN AVERAGE STANDARD WEIGHT). ACTUAL PERFORMANCE WILL
BE DIFFERENT THAN RESULTS OBTAINED DURING LABORATORY TESTING.
Warranty: See below link for all Electronics, structural frame components;
including platform, seat post, and frame warranty.
FOLDING MOBILITY SEAT is suitable for riders 220 lbs and below. We also offer a Bicycle type seat.
Use on Hills The SNR is suitable for use on FLAT surfaces. Helmet use is highly recommended and must be worn while riding at a high speed.
If you weight over 200 Lbs and riding on an incline, the front wheel will not be able to get a good traction since the SNR is front wheel driven.
The SNR will handle 300 lbs load capacity well only when standing and between 220-250 lbs well while seated.
Your batteries are charged from the manufacturer, however,
due to transit and shipping, the batteries will need a fresh charge.
BE SURE TO CHARGE THE BATTERIES BEFORE THE FIRST USE to ensure proper operation.
Do not leave your charger plugged in to the unit for more than 12 hours. The typical
charging time is 4 – 6 hours. So, charging the batteries for more than 4 – 6 hours
runs the risk of prematurely wearing out the charger and the batteries.
Charge your batteries only when needed. We recommend charging
only when the gauge shows about 50% charge. NEVER LET THE CHARGE DROP BELOW THE
START OF THE RED ZONE. If the scooter is not used for a long time, it is important
to charge the batteries once per month.
A little silicon spray inside the battery box will
allow for easier insertion and removal. Use only silicone spray. Other lubricants
will attract dirt.
