up to 33 mph when an expansion pipe is added. The ScooterX Racer has been around since 2003 and has been the number one selling scooter ever since. This model comes with the 49cc Race motor, all chrome body, and large 10 x 3.5 inch tires. The new X-Racer gas powered scooter now comes with an EPA approved 49cc engine, air filter kit. This speed demon comes with street tires and front suspension.
